Gentle Yoga - This class combines gentle stretching, restorative poses, relaxation, and yogic breathing. Perfect for those wanting to unwind or for those who have mobility issues or injuries
Introduction to Yoga - An introduction into the principles of Anusara style Hatha yoga. No prior experience with yoga is required
Beginning Yoga - For students who have some yoga experience and are interested in learning and refining their understanding of the basic poses, breathing techniques and meditation.
Continuing Yoga - For more experienced students who have an understanding of the basic postures. This class focuses on refining and adding depth to these fundamental postures as well as introducing more challenging poses. Class level may vary depending on participants.
Classes are 60 to 90 minutes long.

Please bring a yoga sticky mat.
